Fleet Management App

A fleet maintenance application was created using SharePoint and Microsoft PowerApps to streamline the maintenance process of a fleet of vehicles. The application aimed to automate and manage the scheduling, tracking, and reporting of maintenance tasks for the fleet, as well as provide a centralized location for all the important information. 

 The application was built using SharePoint, which provided the backend for data storage and management, and PowerApps, which was used to create the custom user interface. The application featured an automated maintenance schedule, which included tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. It also sent automated notifications when maintenance tasks were due, and provided real-time updates on the status of tasks. The application also featured a tracking feature, which allowed the maintenance team to assign technicians and track the progress of tasks and a reporting feature that generated various reports such as cost per vehicle and breakdown of maintenance cost by parts and labour. Overall, the application helped the maintenance team to streamline their process and improve the efficiency of the fleet maintenance.

Sales returns processing

​A project was created for the Sales Returns department of an FMCG company using PowerApps and Microsoft Power Platform, it was a comprehensive return management system that aimed to streamline return processes, customer complaints management, tracking and reporting. The solution was built with PowerApps and integrated with Microsoft Power Platform, providing an user-friendly interface for the department. The system had key features such as an automated return process, tracking and reporting capabilities, which improved efficiency, helped identify patterns, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Dashboards

A dashboard was created to show intrinsic values of companies listed on the stock market. It aimed to provide investors with a clear and concise view of the true value of a company, by taking into account its financial and operational performance, industry trends, and future growth prospects.

The dashboard used various data sources such as financial statements, analyst reports, and industry data to calculate intrinsic values and presented them in a user-friendly format.

The dashboard also allowed users to compare intrinsic values across different companies and sectors to make more informed investment decisions.

It helped the investors to identify undervalued companies that have a potential for growth and also helped to identify companies that are overvalued and may not be good long-term investment.

Software Transformation

A Microsoft Power Platform transformation project was implemented for a large FMCG company by an IT company. The goal of the project was to upgrade the company's existing systems and automate repetitive tasks, by leveraging the capabilities of Power Platform, a low-code platform that allows for the creation of custom business applications.

The project involved the implementation of PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI to improve the company's operations, reduce costs, and increase efficiency. The project included the integration of various systems such as CRM, ERP, and supply chain management to provide a centralized location for all important information.

Additionally, the project also included the implementation of a new user-friendly interface and mobile access to the system for employees to access information and perform tasks from anywhere.

The project was a success in improving the company's operations, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency, which helped the company to compete better in the market.
